PORTFOLIO
By the end of 2022, I had written in full 5 poetry collections. I always have a biblical purpose behind everything I do, after all I wouldn’t be where I am today if not for God. The number 5 symbolises God’s grace, goodness and favour towards humans. It is mentioned 318 times in Scripture. Five is the number of grace and multiplied by itself, which is 25, is ‘grace upon grace’ (John 1:16). The Ten Commandments contains two sets of 5 commandments. The first 5 commandments are related to our treatment and relationship with God with the remaining 5 commandments concerned with our relationship with others as humans.
The number 5 is special number, I didn’t plan to have only 5 poetry collections in the year 2022 but it just fell into place and felt right to end the year with UNBEKNOWNST, as it is more of a biblical and spiritual poetry collection than the previous four.
I hope we all continue to live life, experiencing God’s grace in all that we do and His favour reigning over us so that we can live out the destiny that He has planned for us.

Welcome to the portfolio of my second poetry collection '10.' Here you’ll find the projects of 10 spoken poetry/life lessons that I wanted to leave you with during the last month of the year 2021.
I hope you can take something out of it, whether it be from one poem, a few, or even all of the poems. Nonetheless, I just want you to remember that this life you're living is yours. I repeat, this life you're living is yours.
Live it fruitfully.
Live it faithfully.
Live it fulfilling.
Fruitfully: enjoy all the blessings, learn from all mistakes, make memories, experience the rewards of your hard earned labour.
Faithfully: stay true to yourself, have self-esteem, self-love, self-worth, stay healthy, persevere and keep progressing into the greater you.
Fulfilling: everything that you do each day, everyone that you speak to or come into proximity with, every dream you achieve, let it all be worth it. Get to the end of life, reminisce on your whole life experience, reflect on the legacy you have left behind and say these three words confidently, peacefully and proudly:
"I MADE IT!"

GENRE
Welcome to the portfolio of my third poetry collection 'GENRE.' Here you’ll find the projects of the 13 poems under this collection.
Each poem reflects on a different life 'genre,' so to speak, with a message that we can take away from reading each post.
You will notice that some poems have longer descriptions than others. This is mainly because some poems I just wanted the words to speak for itself and others, I felt there was need to add definitions to some of the words to further explain the perspective I was seeking to push forward in the poem.

SOUL SEARCHING
Welcome to the portfolio of my fourth poetry collection 'SOUL SEARCHING.' Here you’ll find the projects of the 13 general written pieces under this collection.
To try and define how to measure the time of soul searching, to me, would be trying to define the meaning and measurement of time. Yet, as you will find with us trying to understand the measurement of time, it is in many ways the same as trying to define the measurement of soul searching: timeless.
Each poem in its own way focuses on the notion of time and how it can effect, positively or negatively, the way one can start, continue or end its soul searching journey.
All of the poems have been written in first person, yet as a disclaimer, they do not directly reflect my own personal thoughts and opinions.

UNBEKNOWNST
Welcome to the portfolio of my fifth poetry collection 'UNBEKNOWNST'!
This collection is more like a "poetry album" that I made: the instrumental and the lyrics are original and made by me.
Each poem has been formed in the nature of lyrical poems. It took me a while to figure out how I wanted to create this collection because I wanted the instrumentals to not only sound good but make you truly reflect about this process we call life, the stage you are now and what you are doing to get to where you want to be.
I've been developing my own personal relationship with God through daily Bible Study. God has really been blessing me. I always knew in my heart that I would make a poetry collection dedicated to the spiritual growth and faith that God has planted in my soul and here it is!
The meaning of unbeknownst: without the knowledge of (someone).
Now I interpreted this to be that unbeknownst to everyone that tells you no: you will make it. Unbeknownst to the negative thoughts that roam in your head: you will overcome the battle. Unbeknownst to the naysayers and people trying to push you back: their efforts could never overthrow the power of God's hand in your life.
So, remember:
